Proof of reserves

Held is what this exchange has: the balances of the wallets it runs — its own nodes and signer, including coins sitting on deposit addresses before they are swept — plus what is held with our payment partner for the assets they settle. Both are read from the chain or the provider, never typed in.

Owed to users is every user balance added up, available and in open orders alike. Fees this exchange has earned are ours, not a debt, so they are left out — counting them would flatter the coverage figure.

Coverage above 100% means everything users hold is backed, with a margin. A figure that cannot be read says so rather than showing a zero.

This is our own reporting, published openly — not an independent audit, and not yet a cryptographic proof that your particular balance is in the total. If you want to check your own figures against it, your balances and transaction history are yours to export at any time.
