Withdrawal fees updated
Bitcoin withdrawals are down from 0.00013 to 0.00004 BTC. Several network fees have risen to cover what sending actually costs.

We reviewed every withdrawal fee against what the transaction actually costs us to send. Some were far above cost, some were below it. Both are now corrected.
Lower
| Asset | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| BTC | 0.00013 | 0.00004 |
Higher
| Asset | Network | Before | After |
|---|---|---|---|
| ETH | Ethereum | 0.0005 | 0.001 |
| USDT / USDC | Ethereum | 3 | 5 |
| USDT / USDC | Polygon | 0.2 | 0.5 |
| wPPC | Ethereum | 3 | 12 |
| IBNAI | Ethereum | 2000 | 8000 |
The minimum Bitcoin withdrawal is now 0.0002 BTC. It used to be smaller than the fee itself, which meant the smallest allowed withdrawal cost more to send than it delivered.
Why some went up
A withdrawal fee has to cover the network fee we pay to broadcast it. On Ethereum an ERC-20 transfer can cost several dollars in gas when the network is busy, and several of these fees did not cover that.
The network you choose matters more than the coin. Polygon is by far the cheapest way to move stablecoins off the exchange, and it is not close.
The full schedule, per asset and per network, is at /fees. Fees on PPC, NITO and BBLU are unchanged.
